Step 1: Make the Crust
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

- Press firmly into a 23 cm / 9-inch tart pan.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
Step 2: Prepare the Salted Caramel

- Slowly whisk in coconut milk and coconut cream (it will bubble vigorously).
